Her work experience over three years in the finance teams of organizations serving NDIS participants provided her with in-depth knowledge of the sector, including its products, needs, and logistics. During this time, she built strong relationships with plan managers, NDIS participants, and their families, gaining valuable insights into their challenges and aspirations.
In 2023, driven by her belief in giving back to the community and her passion for helping others, Kamal decided to take an active role in the NDIS space. By 2024, she achieved her registration as an NDIS Plan Manager under KK Care Solutions, operating within KK Business Services Pty Ltd.
